Theatre
Rohit Tiwari started his acting career with theatre in Indore. He has worked in many theatrical productions as an actor, director, and writer. He is the founder of a theatre group named ‘Theatrewaalas,’ which actively operates in Indore and Mumbai. Rohit worked as an actor in plays like ‘Recharge@ 99′ (2018) and Theatrewaalas’ ‘Khane Mein Kya Banau’ (2022).
In 2023, he directed the play ‘OCD,’ which was performed at the Godrej Dance Theatre in Mumbai; Tiwari wrote the play as well. In the same year, he worked as an actor, writer, and director for the play ‘Peggy Pane.’

Rohit Tiwari debuted in Bollywood with the film ‘Dhobi Ghat’ (released internationally as ‘Mumbai Diaries’ and ‘Bombay Diaries’) in 2010 in which he appeared as Rakesh.
In 2011, he played the role of a doctor in the romantic thriller film ‘Saheb Biwi Aur Gangster.’ In 2022, Tiwari appeared as the father of the protagonist in a short film titled ‘Dancing Queen,’ which was a tribute to actor Madhuri Dixit.
Rohit appeared in many other films including ‘Gold’ (2018), ‘Mission Mangal’ (2019), ‘Class of ’83’ (2020), ‘Dasvi’ (2022), and ‘Masoom Sawaal’ (2022).
