Goutam Sharma was born on Wednesday, 28 December 1994 (age 29; as of 2023) in Mukerian, Punjab, India. His zodiac sign is Capricorn. He completed schooling at A S Sen Sec School, Mukerian in 2012 and graduated from SPN College, Mukerian in 2016. After that, he pursued an MA in Theatre and TV Department from Punjabi University Patiala in 2018. In 2022, he shifted to Mumbai to try his luck in the acting field.

He made his OTT debut with the web series Guns & Gulaabs (2023) which aired on Netflix. He played the role of Suneel in the series.
In 2019, he appeared in one episode of Haryana’s first web series “Camp Banvaas” which eventually helped him to gain further opportunities in the entertainment industry. He played the role of Bobby in the series Camp Banvaas. After that, he started working on several other advertisements and music videos along with Akshay Kumar and Yami Gautam.
