Some special moments from the wedding ceremony went viral on the following day. In one of the videos, Arbaaz was seen recording the video of his son Arhaan performing by playing the guitar at the wedding. The video was posted on social media by Arbaaz’s brother-in-law Atul Agnihotri.

Career

In 2013, she established Shura Leisure Private Limited. In 2018, Shura Khan and Sumit Singhania of Shura Leisure Private Limited, along with Shura’s mother, Mehjabeen, launched the Thai Villa Spa in Mumbai. Bollywood actor Raveena Tandon inaugurated the Spa.

Controversy

In 2019, the Mumbai Police Crime Branch discovered a sex racket operating under the disguise of a massage centre in Vile Parle (East). The illicit activities were reportedly taking place at Thai Villa Authentic Spa, located in the Rishi building on Dixit Road, a posh area in Vile Parle (East). The spa, which had been inaugurated in 2018 by Bollywood actor Raveena Tandon, is owned by Shura Khan and Sumit Singhania of Shura Leisure Private Limited. The owners and managers of the spa were accused of running a prostitution business under the guise of offering Thai massage services. Acting on a tip-off, Unit IX of the Crime Branch conducted a raid on the establishment around 8:30 p.m. During the operation, six women of Thai nationality were rescued. Subsequently, the manager and owner of the spa were arrested and taken into custody at the Vile Parle police station. During a media conversation, an official said,

We have seized ₹1.23 lakh in cash, one point of sale terminal used for swiping credit and debit cards, several packets of condoms, one laptop, three voucher books and other relevant documents from the spa….The six women rescued have been handed over to the Vile Parle police for further investigation. All of them possessed tourist visas, and did not have a work permit. They will be deported through the Thai consulate after the investigation.”

The spa’s managers, Shura Khan and Sumit Singhania faced charges related to human trafficking under sections of the Indian Penal Code, in addition to provisions outlined in the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act.
