Grace Dorothy Forster was Robert Forster’s mother. She was born in Graceville, Minnesota on December 1,1911. Her parents were farmers who died when she was a child. She was raised by her grandparents and went to school in Minneapolis. When she was eighteen, she moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in acting.

She met Robert’s father, Robert Wallace Foster Sr., while they were both working as extras in a movie. They married soon afterwards and had two children together: Robert and his sister. Grace always encouraged her children to pursue their dreams, and she was very supportive of Robert’s decision to become an actor.

Sadly, Grace passed away in 2002 at the age of 90. However, she left behind a legacy of love and support that continues to inspire her family today.
