Jagesh Mukati was an Indian film and television actor. On 10 June 2020, he died of an asthma attack in Mumbai.

Career
He started his career as a theatre artist. He acted in various Hindi and Gujarati plays.
In 1999, he debuted as an actor in the Bollywood film, ‘Mann.’ He acted in the Bollywood film, ‘Hasee Toh Phasee’ in 2014.
He debuted in the Gujarati film, ‘Chaal Jeevi Laiye’ in 2019. He appeared in a few TV serials like ‘Shree Ganesh’ (2000) and ‘Amita Ka Amit’ (2013). He was featured in more than 50 TV commercials.
Death
On Wednesday, 10 June 2020, he died of an asthma attack. He was hospitalised 3-4 days before his death. On his death, the ‘Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah’ fame Ambika Ranjankar (Komal Hathi) wrote a heartfelt message on her social media account, she wrote,
Kind, supportive and terrific sense of humour… gone too soon… May your soul attain sadgati.. Shanti.. Jagesh you’ll be missed dear friend.”
