I Go Dye (Francis Agoda) a Nigerian Comedian, Social Crusader, Motivational Speaker and Writer. Among his international shows comedies that he organized is “Igodye Standing”.

I Go Dye was born on 4th April 1979 in Abraka, Delta State, Nigeria.
I Go Die Comedy
I Go Dye followed his passion by developing his comedy skills during the time when the comedy was not regarded as career or even business. Nevertheless, he never gave up on comedy but rather pursued it with enthusiasm. He was later invited to be part of the Press Literary Art Drama Debating Society (PLADDS).
He gained more experience to a time that he became the Director of PLADDS. He proceeded on appearing and being featured on TV Programs after he was earnestly involved in a series of top-flight entertainments that presented mock news on Bendel broadcasting TV.
The platform was utilised to translate issues affecting the society with his colleague ‘I Go Save’. His appearances was noticed from which he received a contract for performing comedy. He did his first comedy in Prest Motel, Benin city, Nigeria where he earned N1 thousand per show.
He earned his fame on media stations. He once performed at the University Of Benin where he met Baba Kome, who organised his meetings with Opa Williams the organizer of Night of A Thousand Laughs’

I Go Dye is married to Stella Agoda lessed with a daughter and a son. He posted on his Instagram page about his celebration of the arrival of the baby. “Lovely princess to a new generation, welcome Paris Agoda my beautiful daughter no DNA pls name be dat April 4, 1979, and Paris,” he said. His fellow comedians and fans have also congratulated him on his newborn baby.
I Go Dye Donates Mansion
I Go Dye, donated his mansion in April 2020 to the Federal Government to be utilised as an Isolation Center for Corona Virus suspected patients. He posted on Instagram and said the humanity would overcome all challenges with sacrifice.
“I am donating my new FAPOH Royal Seal Mansion to Federal Government of Nigeria to use it as an isolation centre. “Humanity will overcome all its challenges only if we are willing to let go of the things we are not using for now for the benefit of others.”
He as well contributed upon policies that helped curb down the spreading of coronavirus and said, “I also appeal for a two-week total lockdown to enable government treat existing cases and curb further spread by those who may have contracted the COVID-19.
This lockdown will control all forms of movement and socialization between individuals or groups. May God see us through this dark moment.”
I Go Dye surprised his mother with a magnificent mansion in Warri Delta state. The mansion was reported to be over 500 million Naira worth. He dreamt back in 1992 about gifting her mother with a mansion and after 25 years, the dream came true. In 2014, the comedian built himself a mansion in Benin Edo state.

He preferred not sellings his cars to raise funds for coronavirus victims but rather donated his multi-million mansion to be used as a Coronavirus Isolation Center. He said, “I’m donating my new fapoh royal seal mansion to the federal government of Nigeria to use it as an isolation center.”
