Her father, Nikunj Shah, owned Nikunj Enterprises Ltd. and was also the director of the SVS Aqua Technologies. He died in 2021. Her mother, Neelam Shah, was a fashion designer before she married Nikunj. After which she decided to give up her career to raise her 3 children. In 2010, she decided to get back to her designing business. She was joined by her elder daughter, Nritii Shah, who is a fashion blogger. Khrisha’s elder brother, Mishal Shah, looks after his father’s company as a board member and is also the COO of Dysco, which is Khrisha’s social networking company.

Husband

Khrisha got married to Anil Ambani’s eldest son, Jai Anmol Ambani on 20 February 2022 in a grand wedding at Ambani’s family house, Sea Wind, at Cuffe Parade.

Career

After completing her studies, Khrisha worked for Accenture UK, which is an Ireland-based multinational company that specialises in information technology services and consulting.   Later, she decided to revisit India and became an entrepreneur by starting her company Dysco in 2016, which is a social networking company that specialises in creative collaboration, international networking, and community building. It is a professional networking platform and community, bringing people, businesses and, brands together online and offline. Apart from being the founder and CEO of the company, Khrisha looks after the creative and marketing departments as well.

She is also a social worker and has started a campaign on social media with #Lovenotfear which aims to address the mental stress caused by the Covid-19 pandemic by creating a platform for individuals to speak about the issues and aftereffects of lockdown and the pandemic.

Facts/Trivia

• Khrisha did a thesis on ‘Can Soap Operas be the Key to Educating More Girls? The Impact Of Entertainment Education on Gender Inequality in Schooling’, which was based on research and case studies from India and Brazil.

• Initially, Khrisha and Anmol Ambani met each other through their families. They decided to spend some time together to know each other better before getting married.

• Khrisha and Anmol got engaged in December 2021, on Anmol Ambani’s 30th birthday. However, they kept the engagement ceremony a small and intimate gathering of close friends and family only.
