Abhidnya Bhave got married to Varun Vaitikar in 2014. Varun is an airline pilot, working with Jet Airways. They lived together for 2 years and then got separated in 2016.

On 6 January 2021, Abhidnya got married to Mehul Pai; he is a college friend, whom she knew for the last 15 years. Mehul is an entrepreneur. Mehul was diagnosed with cancer just a few months after the marriage. Discussing it in an interview, Abhidnya said,
It was terrible because you wouldn’t even dream of such a thing. Physically, it was horrible, like I can’t express it in words how I felt. It was very scary. I think it shattered me in a way that really got to know how much I just stopped being grateful for very small things that I possess. It tested our thinking, our positivity, our faith. Having said that, it even shattered my trust I had in God.”
Mehul has recovered now and living a healthy and happy life with Abhidnya.

Before entering into acting, she worked as an air hostess at Kingfisher Airlines for 4 years.

Television
She debuted in 2010 with the Hindi TV serial ‘Pyar Ki Ye Ek Kahani.’ She played a cameo role in this serial. In 2014, she played a cameo role in the Hindi television show ‘Bade Ache Lagte Hai.’ In the same year, she played the role of Mukta Vikram Raut in the Marathi TV show ‘Lagori-Maitri Returns’ (2014-15) on Star Pravah.

Abhidnya is the owner of the band Tejadnya with Tejaswini Pandit. It is a brand for ethnic apparel and accessories. In an interview, Tejaswini spoke about the brand and said,
I have always been fond of designing my own outfits. And once when Abhidnya and I got talking, we figured out our common passion for design. She designs her own sarees and I was in the process of launching a line. So, we decided to get together and present a collection that reflects both our styles.”
