Aditya Singh Rajput (1990-2023) was an Indian model, actor, and entrepreneur. On 22 May 2023, he was found dead in his apartment’s bathroom in Mumbai. It was alleged that he died of a drug overdose.

Aditya Singh Rajput was born on Sunday, 19 August 1990 (age 32 years; at the time of death) in Delhi, India. He hailed from Uttarakhand. His zodiac sign is Leo. At the age of 17, he started his career as a model with ramp shows in Delhi.

He appeared in print advertisements for various brands. He worked in more than 200 TV commercials for various popular brands like Davat Beverages, Rite Bite, Idea, and Fanta.

TV

In 2008, he made his TV debut with the Hindi TV serial ‘Cambala Investigation Agency’ in which he played the role of Rohit Ghosh. The serial was aired on Pogo TV.

He appeared in a few other Hindi TV serials like ‘Lakhon Mein Ek’ (2012; Star Plus), MTV Webbed (2013; MTV), and ‘C.I.D.’ (2015; Sony TV). He participated in the reality TV dating show ‘MTV Splitsvilla season 9’ in 2016.

Death

On 22 May 2023, he was found unconscious in the bathroom of his apartment on the 11th floor of Lashkaria Heights Building, Oshiwara, Mumbai. One of his friends and the watchman of the building then immediately rushed him to a nearby hospital, where he was declared dead. According to some sources, he died of a drug overdose. When one of his friends was asked about the drug overdose, his friend said,

Aditya was not into drugs. He was found unconscious in his bathroom by another friend, who took him to the nearby hospital along with the watchman. He probably died after hitting his head on the floor or maybe had a heart attack. The police have already started their investigation and we are all waiting for the post-mortem reports. Let’s all wait till we jump to a conclusion.”
