Alisha Parveen has had a passion for acting since she was a child. When she was in college, she began participating in theatre and modelling activities. In 2016, Alisha Parveen was one of the top ten finalists of the Little Miss India pageant held in Odisha. During this competition, she bagged the title of Little Miss Monalisa.
