In 2015, she appeared in the Malayalam TV show ‘Chandanamazha,’ which aired on Asianet. The following year, she played a supporting role in the Malayalam TV series ‘Athmasakhi,’ on Mazhavil Manorama. In 2021, she appeared in the Malayalam television series ‘Thoovalsparsham,’ which was broadcast on Asianet.
Film
Aparna P Nair played the character of a nurse in the Malayalam film ‘Mudhugauv’ (2016). In 2018, she acted in the Malayalam film ‘Pen Masala.’
She played a significant role in the Malayalam film ‘Nalla Vishesham’ in 2019.
In the same year, she appeared in the film ‘British Bungalow.’

Death
On 31 August 2023, Aparna P Nair was found dead in her home in Karamana, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala after which she was sent to a private hospital in Killipalam. Reportedly, when the incident occurred, her mother and sister were present in her home.
