After the 1997 NFL Draft, he gots signed by the San Francisco 49ers as an undrafted free agent. On August 19, he got signed and waived to the practice squad on November 12 for a week and then cut again on November 18th.

On January 13, 1998, he got signed with the 49ers who then allocated him to NFL Europe to the Barcelona Dragons. He got back to training camp on August 25 and was released and got signed to the practice squad for the final four weeks of the season before being waived on December 3.

He crrently guest on DC101’s “Elliot in the Morning”, NFL in Washington, D.C. sharing analysis and NFL news and as well serves as the co-host of a two-hour podcast from 7 pm to 9 pm on Wildfireradio.com called 215 Live that airs every Monday night.
