David Schoen an American attorney known after being chosen as one of Donald Trump’s legal head team in his third impeachment trial along with Bruce Castor and Michael Van der Veen.

David began his career as a lawyer with his first job at a large national firm in Washington D.C.He then serve as a law clerk for the Honourable Truman M. Hobbs, chief judge of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Alabama for a period of one year.
This experience pushed him to pursue a career as a trial lawyer, establishing his own law firm Schoen Law firm in Montgomery, Alabama, and immediately began trying cases and arguing appeals in cases. He initially began practicing as a criminal defense lawyer and civil rights work.
He was quite successful boasting a number of wins in most of the cases that he took.
