Career
Deepika Arya’s husband, Sunny Arya, started his YouTube channel Tehelka Prank in 2019. In the beginning, he pulled pranks on random strangers in public. In 2020, Deepika Arya appeared in Sunny’s video when he pulled a prank on her. In the video, he acted to be drunk and annoyed Deepika. Eventually, Sunny started playing pranks on his family members, including his parents, and Deepika became a regular on the channel. Soon, Deepika too started playing pranks on his husband. In May 2020, Deepika uploaded a prank video titled ‘Aatma Prank’ on Tehelka Prank in which she acted to be possessed by a ghost to scare Sunny.

In one video, Sunny pretended to have cheated on Deepika, claiming he had a girlfriend, in another he ignored her for no reason to see her reaction. On the other hand, Deepika falsely smashed Sunny’s YouTube Silver Play Button to record his reaction.

They also collaboratively play pranks on their family members and strangers in public. In one of the videos, they can be seen fighting in a salon. In 2023, Sunny rose to popularity when he appeared as a contestant on the TV reality show Bigg Boss Season 17 on Colors TV. Deepika also made an appearance on the show during Sunny’s entry into the Bigg Boss House.

- In an interview, Deepika revealed that her father would often worry about who would look after her blind siblings when he was no more. Deepika, along with her father, wanted to set up something that could feed the blind siblings lifelong. Therefore, she had no plans to marry when she first met Sunny. However, Sunny impressed her father by promising that he would always look after the blind siblings and provide for them. The gesture led to Deepika’s father agreeing to give him Deepika’s hand in marriage.
