Dr Shahzaman Sardar was born in Karachi, Pakistan. He completed his school education at The city school-PAF Chapter Karachi, Pakistan. Later, he pursued an MBBS at The Dow University of Health Sciences, Karachi. He then relocated to the USA and there pursued a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree.

However, some of his relatives questioned his decision to marry a celebrity from the entertainment world hence Shahzman chose to keep his wedding private from his relatives. At the time of their wedding, only Shazaman’s father and brother were present.

Relationships/Affairs
Shahzaman and Nida Firdous became friends after meeting at Shahzaman’s clinic where Nida had gone for a Gold Infusion treatment. While Shahzaman was immediately attracted to Nida, she took her time to develop feelings for him. They remained friends for sometime during which Nida made it clear that she was not interested in casual relationships and preferred to marry the next person she would be involved with. When Shahzaman proposed to her, it came as a surprise to Nida.

Career
Shahzaman started his career as an intern at the UC San Diego in the USA under Dr. Freeha, an oncologist (a doctor who treats cancer). He worked there for two months, from October 2018 to November 2018 and learnt radiation oncology. In December 2018, he joined the Endocrinology Clinic in New Jersey, Hamilton, USA, where he trained under Dr. Rizvi in endocrinology (a medical discipline dealing with the role of hormones). From January 2019 to February 2019, he worked as an observer in neurosurgery at Saint Louis University Missouri, USA, under Dr Kemp and Dr Abdul Rauf.
Cosmetologist
In September 2019, he joined PAF Hospital, Karachi as a full-time doctor. In December 2020, Shahzaman joined Caviar Clinic in Karachi as an Aesthetic Doctor where he worked on contract until April 2021.

In July 2021, Shahzaman, with Dr. Aelia Ahmed, founded The Beauty Doc Co. in Karachi. Many prominent Pakistani actors including Faysal Quraishi have visited him for treatment and surgeries.
