Fatima Vijay Antony has produced various Tamil films, largely for her husband Vijay Antony, under her production banner ‘Vijay Antony Film Corporation.’ In 2012, she produced the Tamil film ‘Naan.’ She also co-produced the second sequel of the film titled ‘Salim’ (2014) along with the popular film producers R. K. Suresh and M. S. Saravanan.

In 2016, she worked as a producer for the film ‘Saithan.’ She co-produced the Tamil film ‘Yaman’ (2017) along with A. Subaskaran under the production banner Vijay Antony Film Corporation.
