Film Producer
Gaurav Verma reportedly started his career with Red Chillies Entertainment as Chief Operating Officer. In 2014, he worked with UTV as ‘Executive Director of Worldwide Theatrical Distribution.’ Gaurav joined Disney UTV as a ‘VP of Distribution’ in 2009, PVR Pictures Ltd as a ‘Head of Distribution India’ in 2006, Srinagar Cinemas Ltd as a ‘Head of Programming’ in 2007, and PVR Cinemas as a ‘Programming Officer’ in 2003. Later, he worked as a producer in many movies. Some of his notable movies are ‘Badla’ (2019) starring Amitabh Bachchan and Taapsee Pannu, ‘Love Hostel’ (2022) starring Vikrant Massey and Sanya Malhotra,
‘Darlings’ (2022) starring Alia Bhatt and ‘Jawan’ (2023).
Gaurav has also produced the Netflix series ‘Bard of Blood’ (2019) and ‘Betaal’ (2020). He has worked as a ‘Chief revenue officer’ in the movie ‘When Harry Met Sejal’ (2019) starring Shah Rukh Khan and Anushka Sharma.
