Kavita Kaushik is an Indian actress, who mainly appears in Hindi TV serials. She is known for playing the role of ‘Chandramukhi Chautala’ in SAB TV’s TV serial ‘F.I.R.’ (2006).

She did her schooling at All Saint’s School, Nainital, Uttarakhand. She pursued her graduation in philosophy at Indraprastha College For Women, Delhi University, New Delhi. While in college Kavita started hosting events, modelling, and anchoring in various college events. She was shortlisted for a role in the Hindi TV serial ‘Kutumb’ (2001) while she was studying in college.

Husband & Children
On 27 January 2017, Kavita tied the knot with her best friend Ronnit Biswas, a businessman. They tied the knot at a Shiv Parvati temple in Kedarnath.
In an interview, she shared that Kavita and her husband had mutually decided to never have a child. She said,
I don’t want to be unfair to the child. If I have a child in my 40s, by the time my child would be 20, we would’ve touched our old age. I don’t want our child to take care of old parents in his/her 20s.”

Karan V Grover
She was once in a relationship with the Indian actor Karan V Grover. The duo participated as a couple in the dance reality show, Nach Baliye season 3. However, the relationship did not last long. According to some media reports, when Kavita participated in Bigg Boss, without taking Karan’s name directly, she admitted that she double-dated ‘that TV guy’ for Abhinav Shukla.
There were rumours that she even dated the Indian actor Abhinav Shukla.
Nawab Shah
In 2016, the Indian actor Nawab Shah shared that he was once in a relationship with Kavita.

Serials
Kavita Kaushik started her acting career in 2001 with the Hindi TV serial ‘Kutumb’ in which she played the role of Sakshi Malhotra. The serial was aired on Sony.
She then appeared in various Hindi TV serials like ‘Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii’ (2001; Star Plus), ‘Kohi Apna Sa’ (2002; Zee TV), ‘Kahani Terrii Merrii’ (2003; Sony), ‘Ruby Duby Hub Dub’ (2004; Sahara One), and ‘Saarrthi’ (2005; Star Plus).
She shot to fame by playing the role of ‘Chandramukhi Chautala’ in the SAB TV Hindi series ‘F.I.R.’ (2006-2015).
