L. Chris Stewart an American attorney and Managing Partner of Stewart, Seay & Felton Trial Attorneys, a personal injury litigation law firm. His main focus are primarily on cases related to auto/trucking collisions, wrongful death, and premises liability with a specialty in sexual assault.
Stewart is mainly known following the recent death of his black male client, Rayshard Brooks, who got killed by the police on 12th June 2020, under unclear circumstances. as he fled officers in a restaurant car park in Atlanta.
Mr. Brooks death provoked another wave of anti-racism protests in the United States in the midst of the ongoing Black Lives Matter protests, after the death of George Floyd, who also died in the hands of policemen in Minneapolis the same month.
