In 2023, she underwent a procedure to remove body fat at a private hospital in São Paulo. She experienced a heart attack right before the surgery. She was quickly moved to the intensive care unit for hemodynamic treatment when they found out that she suffered a thrombosis. Despite efforts, she couldn’t recover from the heart attack and passed away on 7 November 2023. Her cremation ceremony took place on 8 November 2023 at Valle Dos Reis Cemetery in São Paulo.
