Losi began his professional career at Inter Milan where he made 450 appearances and scored 9 goals from 1955 to 1974.

He was joined by a group of fellow footballers including Sandro Mazzola, Giacomo Bulgarelli, Ernesto Castano, Giancarlo De Sisti and Gianni Rivera. He had recently retired from football but was also a lawyer who was appointed as the president of the association.
