In 2019, she made her acting debut with the Malayalam film Porinju Mariyam Jose as Mariyam.
Meenakshi Dinesh played the role of Naina, a college student, in the 2021 film Mission C. She also appeared as Athira in the 2023 Malayalam film Journey of Love 18+, alongside Mathew Thomas and Nikhila Vimal.
In the same year, she played the role of Swetha in the Malayalam film ‘Iratta.’
