Mohit Goyat represented the Haryana team in various tournaments including Junior Nationals Kabaddi Championship in 2020. In 2017, Mohit Goyat played his debut match for the Haryana state team at the 29th Sub Junior National Kabaddi Championship.
K7 Kabaddi Stage Up
In 2021, Mohit Goyat played at the K7 Kabaddi Stage Up as a captain for Bhaini School. During the tournament, he scored 179 points in 13 matches. From the K7 Kabaddi Stage Up tournament, he was selected by Coach Anup Kumar of Puneri Paltans to play in the Pro Kabaddi League season 8.
Pro Kabaddi League
Mohit Goyat made his debut in the Pro Kabaddi League in its eighth season in 2021. He was bought by Puneri Paltans as a New Young Player (NYP) for Rs. 8 Lakhs. Mohit is a right raider. During the eighth season, he played 21 matches and maintained a raid strike rate of 52 per cent and a tackle strike rate of 60 per cent. He earned 187 points overall during the tournament. In 2022, Mohit Goyat was retained by Puneri Paltans as an Existing Young player for Rs. 20 Lakh. In season 9, Mohit played 17 matches. He maintained a raid strike rate of 47 per cent and a tackle strike rate of 50 per cent. He earned a total of 137 points during the tournament. In 2023, Mohit Goyat was retained by Puneri Paltan in category B as a raider for Rs. 20 Lakhs.
