Nadia Jagessar began working with the TeamUP Mentor organisation in August 2020, a Rutgers Business School in Newark, New Jersey as a volunteer mentor to help the undergraduate students of this organisation to become capable and responsible business professionals. In March 2011, Nadia Jagessar joined ADP Dealer Services as an Administrative Assistant and worked for the organisation till October 2012. She became a part of the Coty Inc. in Greater New York City in October 2012 and began working as its Finance Coordinator.
