  • In 2021, a road accident occurred on Gulshan Avenue, injuring five people including Nazifa Tushi, Shariful Islam Raj, Khairul Bashar, Junaid Bogdadi, and Nafij Mohammad Ismail. They were all immediately taken to United Hospital for treatment. According to OC Abul Hasan of Gulshan police station, the accident occurred when the speeding car collided with an electric pole, causing significant damage to the front of the vehicle. The initial assessment suggested that the accident was a result of reckless driving.

  • In 2023, private videos of Nazifa, Tanzin Tisha, and Sunerah bint Kamal, who are actors from Bangladesh, were leaked on social media. These videos were uploaded on Shariful Razz’s Facebook account. However, the content was removed after an hour. In the leaked videos, the actors appeared to be intoxicated and speaking unclearly. Sunerah Binte Kamal, who was claimed to be the victim, stated that his Facebook account was hacked and someone used his account to share the photos and videos.

  • In 2023, there was a tweet that became very popular on the internet. It was believed to be written by someone named Tushi. The tweet said that Tushi had left Islam and embraced Sanatan Dharma, and she wasn’t afraid of any religious rulings against her. Screenshots of the tweets from the account of “Nazifa Tushi” went viral on social media. These tweets said things like, “No religious ruling can change my mind, Har Har Mahadev,” and “After leaving Islam, I feel blessed in Sanatan Dharma.” One of the tweets even had a picture of a woman and a child with marks on their foreheads called “tilaks.” However, it was later discovered that Nazifa Tushi didn’t actually convert to Hinduism, and she didn’t own the Twitter account from which the tweets were posted.
