Nicole Sheindlin is an American attorney and the co-founder of Her Honor Mentoring, a program that connects young high school girls with successful women leaders to empower and guide them. She is the step-daughter of Judy Sheindlin.

Nicole Sheindlin was born on Thursday, 4 April 1968 (age 55 years; as of 2023) in New York, New York State, United States of America. Her zodiac sign is Aries. Nicole spent over 12 years as a Senior Attorney in the Criminal Defence Division of The Legal Aid Society from September 1993 – May 2006. While working there, she gained experience in dealing with criminal cases, including handling trials in front of judges and juries for various serious charges like robbery, rape, attempted murder, assault, burglary, and drug-related offences. Additionally, Nicole is a counsel at Pappalardo & Pappalardo, LLP. Nicole has been the partner and attorney at Mentzer & Sheindlin, a private firm, since September 2007. The firm deals with criminal and civil litigation and does noteworthy voluntary work supporting financially disadvantaged individuals in criminal and immigration cases.

In 2006, Nicole Sheindlin co-founded Her Honor Mentoring with her stepmother Judge Judy Sheindlin. She was appointed as the Executive Director and CEO in September 2007. Her Honor Mentoring is a unique online mentoring program that operates in the Hudson Valley and NY Metro Areas, catering to high school students. The program pairs mentees (the students) with local business professionals who act as mentors, offering guidance and support while focusing on college and career readiness. Her Honor Mentoring has benefitted more than 800 young women and involved over 300 local businesswomen from various fields.
