Ponparthiban Subramanian made his Pro Kabaddi League debut with season 6, where he played for the team Tamil Thalaivas. In the season, he scored 17 tackle points from 12 matches. In season 7, he was retained by the Kabaddi team for Rs 7.26 lakh. He played a total of 9 matches in the season, where he picked up 4 tackle points. Ponparthiban Subramanian played for the team Bengaluru Bulls in the Pro Kabaddi League Season 9, where he successfully scored 12 tackle points from 4 matches. In the season, he was titled as the ‘Defender of the Day’ for his performance in Eliminator 1, held on 13 December 2022.
