The journey from Supervisor to Stardom

Rohit Zinjurke started his career by working as a machine supervisor at a saree manufacturing company at the age of 16. While working there, he started posting his videos on the Musical.ly app. Rohit, later, switched to another job and continued creating videos alongside his work. He eventually started posting videos on TikTok, where they went viral. He, however, stopped posting videos for a short period when he experienced a technical glitch on the app and chose to focus on his job. While talking about this, in an interview, Rohit mentioned that one day, when he was sitting with some of his friends, a child came to him asking for a selfie. Rohit initially thought it to be a prank; however, when he saw that he was tagged in the picture, he reposted the picture with a message announcing his comeback to TikTok. He left his job on 31 December 2020, and on 1 January 2021, he went to Mumbai to make a video in collaboration with a friend. Rohit soon gained popularity through his engaging content, which got millions of views over time.
