Her father, Arjun Sardana, is an employee at Canara Bank in Chandigarh. Her mother, Sharda Sardana, is a principal at Nav Jyoti Senior Secondary School in Mohali, Punjab. She has two younger brothers. Her youngest brother’s name is Kabir Sardana.

Anchor
Rose Sardana started her career as an anchor. She has hosted various events like marriages, fashion shows, concerts, and award shows. In 2021, she hosted the show ‘Live Quiz Premier League.’

Television
Rose Sardana made her acting debut in 2015 with the television daily soap ‘Meri Aashiqui Tum Se Hi’ on Colors TV in which she played the role of Shanaya. In the same year, she played the role of Suman in the television serial ‘Itna Karo Na Mujhe Pyaar.’ In 2017, she played the role of Anjali in the drama ‘Vani Rani’ on & TV.

In 2020, she appeared in the historical comedy show ‘Akbar Ka Bal… Birbal’ in which she played the role of Tilottama.

TV at one point of time gets a bit monotonous. You play one character for months or sometimes years. This is something that I feel binds the creativity. But then, there is a reason they are called daily soaps. You have to entertain the audience everyday, which I think is also satisfying. So, for a change I’m focusing on other mediums.”
