Ruby Yadav was born in a Yadav family on 14 May 1980 in Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh, India. She did his schooling from Muzaffarnagar and for higher education, she enrolled at Chaudhary Charan Singh University (then Meerut University). She completed his post graduation with a degree in Organic Chemistry. In December 2013, she became “Mrs India Queen” and won the “Mrs. Universe 2015 West Asia” title in Minsk, Belarus in 2015.

She married a businessman, Vinay Yadav in January 2004.
Career
In the 2014 General Election, she fought independently from South Delhi constituency but could receive only 5% of votes. On 24 June 2014, she joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).
She has been an executive committee member of Delhi BJP and the President at Cultural Cell of Delhi BJP.
