Ruchikaa started her career as the Executive Vice President of Marketing and Branding at Balaji Motion Pictures Ltd. in 2010. She then worked as the Head of Marketing and Branding at Balaji Telefilms Ltd. in 2014. Ruchikaa also worked as a creative producer at Balaji Motion Pictures Ltd. As a creative producer, Ruchikaa has worked on the studios of films like “Veere Di Wedding” (2018), “Laila Majnu” (2018), “Judgementall Hai Kya” (2019), “Dream Girl” (2019), and “Jabariya Jodi” (2019). She has also worked on films like “The Dirty Picture” (2011), “Udta Punjab” (2016), “Great Grand Masti” (2016), and “Half Girlfriend” (2017).
