Sandeep Anand was born on Saturday, 30 May 1987 (age 36 years; as of 2023) in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, India. His zodiac sign is Gemini. He attended Model Higher Secondary School in Madhya Pradesh. In 2001, he pursued B.Com at Vikram University in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh. Later, he received acting training at Kalidas Academy in Ujjain.

In a 2021 interview, he talked about the rumours of his divorce from his wife Shraddha and said,
I’m surprised when people ask me how life is after divorce! Who said I’m single? My wife Shraddha, who is a COVID frontline worker, and I are very much together. I’m also getting to spend quality time with my four-year-old son in the lockdown. There were issues and we did live separately for a while. While Shraddha was living with her parents, I was living with my family. We chose to do it only to take a step back, introspect and work on our relationship. Now we are back together. I had never filed for a divorce and don’t know why such rumours were making headlines. It affected my personal and professional life.”

Before acting in TV shows and films, he started his acting journey by appearing in stage plays and theatrical productions. While acting in stage plays, he used to do a part-time job at a medical store to support his family. He also worked as a waiter.

In 2009, he made his acting debut as Piddhi with Bindaas TV’s comedy series ‘Sun Yaar Chill Maar.’
From 2012 to 2013, he played the role of Constable Billu in Sony SAB’s popular Hindi cop-based comedy television sitcom titled ‘F.I.R.’ In 2015, he was featured in a supporting role as Puttan, a thief, in And TV’s well-known Hindi sitcom ‘Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain!’ He hit the spotlight after he appeared in a lead role as Sajan Agarwal in Sony SAB’s 2016 Hindi comedy TV series ‘May I Come in Madam?.’
