Sandeep Mohan was born on Thursday, 1 January 1973 (age 47 years; as in 2020) in New Delhi. Sandeep grew up in Delhi where he attended the Delhi Public School in R. K. Puram. Thereafter, he pursued a diploma in acting from Shri Ram Centre for Performing Arts, New Delhi. Subsequently, he went to Mumbai to make a career in acting.

Sandeep Mohan made his film debut with Salman Khan starrer “Love” (1991).
In 2020, he appeared in the Hindi film “Amar Kahani Ravidas Ji Ki” in which he played the role of “Ravidas.”
In the same year, he appeared in Akshay Kumar‘s film “Prithviraj” in which he played the role of Guru Ram Purohit.

Sandeep Mohan made his television debut with Ramanand Sagar‘s epic mythological television show “Shri Krishna” (1993-1996), in which he played the role of “Arjun.”
The show turned out to be a mega television hit, and Sandeep Mohan’s portrayal of Arjun was equally liked by the audience. After “Shri Krishna,” Sandeep Mohan worked in the television projects of many popular telefilm makers, such as B. R. Chopra, Ekta Kapoor, Dheeraj Kumar, and Dr. Chandraprakash Dwivedi. In 1997, he played the role of “Ram” in Doordarshan’s popular mythological show “Om Namah Shivay.”
In 2015, he played the role of Guru Vashishth in the mythological television show “Siya Ke Ram” on Star Plus.
