While pursuing his bachelor’s degree, Shayan Siddiqui joined TechQuila, a company in Manipal, Karnataka, as an editor in January 2017. He worked there for more than 3 years and resigned from his job in March 2020. In November 2018, he joined a media company named ‘Gamepress,’ where he worked as a contributor for seven months. In May 2019, he started working as an intern at Honda Cars India Ltd in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. Shayan Siddiqi worked as an assistant manager for eight months (August 2021- March 2022) at an American global commercial real estate services firm named ‘Cushman & Wakefield’ in Gurugram, Haryana. In March 2022, he joined the software company ‘Publicis Sapient’ in Gurugram, Haryana, as an Associate Technology L2. After working there for around a year, he resigned from the company in May 2023.

In 2023, Shayan Siddiqui participated as a contestant in season 19 of the youth-based reality show ‘Roadies Karm Ya Kaand,’ on MTV India. The show was hosted by the Bollywood actor Sonu Sood.
