ShezAr Biography
ShezAr an English singer famous from a musical family with a popular musician Labrinth, her brother. She is as well a contestant on The Voice UK season 9, that started airing on 4 January 2020.

She was born in a family of musicians and with 8 siblings. While she was young their home was filled with the sound of American gospel music, that their parents loved. With her siblings they formed a band called Mac 9 when they were young.

She auditioned on The Voice Uk Season 9 with a rendition of Aretha Franklin’s A Deeper Love. All the four judges turned their chairs. Judge Meghan told her, ” You’re amazing” while judge Tom said to her; “The power, the commitment, I felt it.”
She shared that she is from a musical family and that Labrinth is her brother. She as well revealed that Labrinth did not know she would be on the show saying: “I wanted this to be a decision I made for myself and I wanted to step in my own light and not have to be turned in any which way. And I wanted to surprise him as well!”
