Greenbaum was previously married to American actor and singer George Segal. He is well known for his role in films such as Ship of Fools of (1965), King Rat of (1965), Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf? of (1966), and The St. Valentine’s Day Massacre. The duo had known each other since their former boarding school as classmates and got married in 1996 and the couple was together until his death.

Her late husband George had previously been married to Marion Segal Freed, from 1956 to 1983. In their 26 years of marriage, they had two children together. He as well had his second marriage with Linda Rogoff as of from 1983 until her death in 1996. Linda served as manager of The Pointer Sisters. The duo first met at Carnegie Hall when he played the banjo with his band the Beverly Hills Unlisted Jazz Band.

Segal Cause of Death

Segal died on 23rd March 2021 on complications from bypass surgery in Santa Rosa, California. News of his death was confirmed by his wife Sonia Schultz Greenbaum, who issued a statement.

The statement read; “The family is devastated to announce that this morning George Segal passed away due to complications from bypass surgery.”
