Actor
In 2003, he made his acting debut with the Kannada romance drama film ‘Chandra Chakori’ in which he played the lead role of Puttaraju.
In the 2004 Kannada romance drama film ‘Kanti,’ he appeared as Srikantha ‘Kanti,’ a college student who becomes politically entangled after falling in love with a Marathi girl. In 2008, he appeared as Bhadra in the Kannada film ‘Minchina Ota,’ a film produced by his father, which also featured his brother Vijay Raghavendra. He also manages his family’s production company, Sowbhagya Pictures. This banner has produced several Kannada films, including ‘Sevanthi Sevanthi’ (2006) and ‘Ganesha Matthe Banda’ (2008). After the success of his 2014 Kannada film ‘Ugramm,’ he reportedly received a total of 67 film offers; however, he rejected all of them.
Some of his other hit films include ‘Mufti’ (2017), ‘Bharaate’ (2019), and ‘Madhagaja’ (2021).
