Swathi Das Prabhu was born on 18 May in Kanhangad, Kerala. He did his schooling at Sharjah Indian School. He pursued a B.A. in Journalism and Mass Communication at SRM University, Chengalpattu (near Chennai). He later pursued an M.A. in Cinema and Television Production at Sacred Heart College, Thevara, Kerala.

Film
Swathi Das Prabhu debuted as an actor with the film ‘Virus’ (2019) in which he played the role of Unnikrishnan’s friend. In 2022, he played the role of Sathaar in the film ‘Thallumaala.’

In 2023, he appeared in a supporting role named Jojo in the film ‘Madanolsavam’ starring Suraj Venjaramoodu. In the same year, he appeared in the film ‘Ayalvaashi’ and ‘Kadina Kadoramee Andakadaham’ streaming on the OTT platforms Netflix and SonyLiv respectively.
