Television 

Swathi Deekshith made her television debut in 2009 when she won the title of the Telugu show Andamaina Bhamalu, a beauty contest.

Later, she appeared as a contestant in the Telugu reality television game show Bigg Boss 4 (2020).

Film

In 2012, Swathi Deekshith began her acting career with the Bengali film Tor Naam in which she played the role of Swapna Mollik.

Thereafter, she made her debut in the Telugu film industry when she appeared in the film Break Up (2012) as Nisha.

Later, she appeared in various Telugu movies, like Patta Pagalu (2014), Jump Jilani (2014), Ladies & Gentlemen (2015), and Chitrangada (2017). She made her Kollywood debut in 2017 with the film Sathura Adi 3500.

In 2019, she played the role of Diana in the Tamil film ‘Simba.’
