Tushar Dhembla made his acting debut with the television series “Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke” on Star Plus in 2019.

In the same year, he appeared in the negative role of Sparsh Parekh in the television series “Naagin Season 4” on Colors TV. In the television series “Prem Bandhan” (2021) on Dangal TV, he essayed the role of Nitin Srivastava.

In 2022, he played the role of Abhiraj Singh Sandhu in the television series “Udaariyaan” on Colors TV, which was earlier played by Abhiraaj Chawla and Aman Jaiswal. In 2023, he played one of the three lead roles, Garry Baweja, in the television series “Teri Meri Doriyaann” on Star Plus. The show is a Hindi remake of a Bengali show “Gaatchora.’ In an interview, he talked about his role in the show and said,
I have stepped out of my comfort zone by taking up the character as I’m not like Garry in my real life. Garry is a casanova and a misogynist and I’m none of that.”
