Twinkle began her career by performing at stage shows and live concerts organised in Himachal Pradesh.

In 2014, she participated in the dance competition ‘Dance Himachal Dance’ and won the competition. A year later, she participated as a contestant in the Zee TV dance reality show ‘Dance India Dance L’il Masters.’

In 2016, she participated in the TV acting reality show ‘India’s Best Dramebaaz.’Her acting skills in the show were appreciated by the judges.

She then started getting offers for various Hindi TV commercials such as Flipkart.
The famous South Indian director S. S. Rajamouli spotted her in the TV commercial for Flipkart. Later, Rajamouli’s team asked her to audition for his next film. Twinkle, along with 160 other girls from India, auditioned for the film, and in the final round, Twinkle got selected. At that time, Twinkle was unaware of the fact that she would be acting in the Telugu film ‘RRR’ (2022). She played the role of Malli in the film along with the famous South Indian actors N. T. Rama Rao Jr. and Ram Charan. She has also appeared in a few TV shows on StarPlus, Nickelodeon, and And TV.
