In 2017, Vaishnavi Vitthal Phalke played in her first Sub-Junior National Championship, the 7th Hockey India Sub-Junior Women’s National Championship which was held in Ramanathapuram. In 2019, she participated in the 9th Hockey India Sub-Junior Women National Championship which was held in Kollam, Kerala. After her great performance at the Junior National Championship, she was selected in the Junior India camp. In 2021, she represented India’s women’s junior hockey team in the FIH Hockey Women’s Junior World Cup which was held in Potchefstroom, South Africa in which the Indian team stood at the fourth position. In September 2022, she was selected for the Senior National Camp after being part of the junior hockey team for three years. In 2021, Vaishnavi Vitthal Phalke was announced as the captain of the 20-member Indian junior women’s team at the U-23 Five Nation tournament which was held in Dublin, Ireland in 2021. In 2023, she also represented the Indian Oil Corporation’s women’s hockey team and won the championship in the finals at the 3rd Hockey India Inter-Department National Championship which was held in New Delhi.
In the same year, Vaishnavi Vitthal Phalke was selected for the Indian hockey team squad for the 19th Asian Games which were held in Hangzhou, China. The Indian hockey team won the bronze medal in the championship by defeating Japan by the score of 2-1.
In the same year, Vaishnavi Vitthal Phalke also took part in the Women’s Junior Asia Cup which was held in Kakamigahara, Japan in which the India team won the tournament finals.
She made her Senior side debut with the 2023 South Africa tour which was held in Cape Town in which she was selected as the midfield player and scored 3 goals in the tournament. In 2023, Vaishnavi was part of the Indian women’s squad that won the title of the biennial six-nation Women’s Asian Champions Trophy which was held in Ranchi, India.
